Datta Kriya Yoga is a Science of breath and meditation that strengthens mind and body through the practice of controlled breathing. It is a holistic approach to create well-being of the body, mind and spirit. Focused yogic breathing quietens the mind and directs the flow of vital energy (prana) through our entire body. Prana is the vital life force that sustains and awakens our subtle energy system. Once it is activated, we can enjoy its practical and psychic benefits to the body, mind and spirit.
Energize and heal yourself by doing Sadhana in the presence of His Holiness Sri Ganapathy Sachchidananda Swamiji. Sri Swamiji conducts Special Datta Kriya Yoga classes to uplift Yoga aspirants with different techniques like Pranayamas, Nadi Shuddhi Exercises, Asanas, Mudras, Meditation etc.,
Datta Kriya Yoga International Centre, Mysore organizes these events under the divine guidance of Pujya Sri Swamiji that is called “Sadguru Charana Sannidhi”, meaning “In the Divine Presence of the Sadguru”. This most auspicious and rare event is conducted once a year, usually around the months of February/March.

Accommodation during Programme
-Free Dormitory accommodation at Ra-Ma-Shankara Kuteera is available for interested, registered participants.
-Persons with disability/ailments could be considered for group accommodation in cottages upon the availability. Names should be given to the Datta Kriya Yoga International Centre via Whatsapp message only. (+91 70906 89789) on or before 10th February 2024.
-We request the participants to adjust accordingly, else participants are requested to obtain Hotel Accommodations in the city of Mysore, and attend the programme.
Tentative Schedule of the programme
March 1st : Programme starts @7AM, Break @ 10:30AM, Lunch @1PM, Break @ 3:30PM and Dinner @6:30PM
March 2nd : Sadhana starts @06:30AM, Break @ 10:30AM, Lunch @1PM, Break @ 3:30PM and Dinner @6:30PM
March 3rd : Sadhana starts @06:30AM, Break @ 10:30AM, Lunch @1PM, Break @ 3:30PM and Valedictory @5PM followed by dinner.
Important Note
-We request all the participants to reach the Ashrama by Feb 29th evening and one can return after 6PM on March 3rd.
-Attend the programme with light color comfortable cotton clothing.
-Yogic sattvic diet will be provided during the program.
-Do focus on sadhana.

-Bring your Personal Yoga Mat/Asana for meditation and Asana Practice!
